Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

A booking can be done through instant booking or inquiry booking depending on Agus Bali Private Tours and vendor’s agreement and vendor’s service availability.

The product’s pricing is in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and other currencies but the final settlement will be in IDR using exchange rates provided by bloomberg.com

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Tours available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address.

For every successful booking transaction the user / buyer will get a voucher and receipt of payment through email. The voucher is a proof of valid transaction. The email could go to your spam box, please check your spam box. If the email goes to your spam box, please mark it as’ As Not Spam’ for your future benefit. Should you not receive the voucher, please contact us at info@agusbali.com

User / buyer should print the voucher or save the voucher in their gadget (e-voucher) as the user must show it to Agus Bali Private Tours staff. Payment security all payments using credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and Debit cards are processed via Payment Gateway as a payment processor secured by International Standard Security Scanning encrypted with 128 bit SSL.

Usage of vouchers policy The usage of vouchers should be according to Agus Bali Private Tours terms and conditions and listed vendor’s terms and conditions. Listed vendors are the sellers that provide the products and / or services. Confirmation of bookings Bookings made online are confirmed and spaces will be blocked once (partial) payment is made and received by the company.

We also accept bookings with deposit only (25% from total tour price). Our internet rates only apply to bookings made through our website and our online discount cannot be combined with any other special offers.

Payments

For payments we accept international bank transfers, Credit Card and Paypal. On some occasions we can also collect payment from the guests hotel before the tour (depending on the date and time of the booking). Tour spaces are guaranteed from the moment that we have received the (partial) payment on our company’s account. To avoid disappointment because space is not available on the requested day we suggest that payment is arranged at least one week before the intended day of the tour. Paypal payments can be made without any restriction until 24 hours before the date of the tour. In case a Paypal payment is made less than 24 hours before the tour: Paypal makes random payment reviews, after which the payment will be cleared or canceled by them. Payment reviews can take up to 24 hours, during which Paypal can still cancel the transaction. As long as the payment has not been received on the Paypal account the booking is considered as not being paid for yet. Agus Bali Private Tours will block the requested spaces but payment must be settled by other means at the time of pick up. In case the Paypal payment is cleared shortly afterwards the Paypal payment will then directly be 100% refunded by Agus Bali Private Tours. Paypal Echeques are not accepted for the payment.

Cancellation policy for direct FIT bookings (up to 10 people)

  1. Before making the tour payment we suggest contacting the Agus Bali Private Tours office first to check for availability on the requested tour date. After availability is confirmed by our company, payment can be made. Agus Bali Private Tours guarantee tour spaces for your bookings that are guaranteed by (partial) prepayment.
  2. Online prepaid FIT bookings that are canceled within 24 hours after the booking is made are fully refunded
  3. For prepaid FIT bookings, canceled at the latest 7 days before the intended day of the tour, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the day of the tour the following cancellation policy applies:

a)  A 75% cancellation fee applies to the total tour price if canceled between 7 days and 1 day before the tour (at the latest until 20.00h on the evening before the tour). In case the tour was booked by prepaying a deposit only (25% of total tour price) there will be no refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the tour. Under certain conditions the tour date can be moved without extra costs (see point c of cancellation policy)

b)  100% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made on the day of the tour (see Force Majeure for exception).

c)  The tour date can be moved to another date* (*based on availability) without any extra charge if requested at the latest until 20.00h on the evening before the intended tour date. If the request is made after 20.00h on the evening before the tour an additional 25% charge of the total tour price applies.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for groups (more than 10 participants). Spaces for group bookings can be blocked by Agus Bali Private Tours without any pre-payment until at the latest 4 weeks before the intended day of the tour. By that date a minimum payment of 50% of the total tour payment must have been received by the company to guarantee the booking. Settlement of the total group payment must have been made at the latest 7 days before the tour. For prepaid group bookings, canceled completely at the latest 7 days before the intended day of the tour, Agus Bali Private Tours refunds a 50% of the total tour amount. In case that not the entire group booking is canceled but the final number of participants remains half or more than the initially booked number of participants there is no cancellation fee charged by Agus Bali Private Tours

If less than the initial number of guests remains of the group booking , Agus Bali Private Tours will refund 50% of the total tour price for the participants that canceled but for the remaining participants the individual tour charge will be re calculated (based on new group size).

If cancellation for a group booking is made less than 7 days before the intended day of the tour (max. until 20.00h on the evening before the intended day of the tour) the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellation of max. 1 participant or max. 10% of the total number of participants full refund (f.e. 13 participants becomes 12 participants is 1 participant full refund or 36 participants become 32 participants is 4 participants full refund). If more cancellations are made a 50% refund is made by Agus Bali Private Tours. If cancellation is made after 20.00h on the evening before the tour or on the day of the tour in our location there is no refund (exception see Force Majeure).

Force Majeure

Agus Bali Private Tours operate under all normal weather conditions, which also can include rain. In case of rain protective clothes will be provided for the quad and buggy tour. In case a participant wants to cancel the tour in our location because of rain there is no refund. An exception is extremely bad weather conditions that can jeopardize the safety of our guests (thunder, lightning or storm). Agus Bali Private Tours will postpone the tour to another date in coordination with the guest and without any surcharge. If the guest doesn’t have the possibility to do the tour on another date a 50% of the total tour amount will be refunded by Agus Bali Private Tours. If preferred by the guest Agus Bali Private Tours will issue a voucher for an amount that is the same as the total tour amount and which is valid for 12 months starting from the date that the tour was canceled and is not restricted by name.

Refunds

If the guest is entitled to a refund Agus Bali Private Tours will use cash payment for payments in Bali and Paypal for overseas payments. Agus Bali Private Tours does not charge any administration costs for the refund process but the refunded amount can be less depending on the method of initial payment. If initial payment was made through Paypal there is no deduction from the refund amount as long as the tour payment was made by the guest no later than 2 months earlier. If the payment was not made by Paypal or by Paypal but more than 2 months earlier the guest will receive the granted refund amount minus the costs calculated by Paypal.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
